Job duties include: 

• Sets up serving lines with utensils, napkins, lunch trays, cups, etc.

• Serves our customers (students, teachers, administrators, etc.) during meal periods

• A thorough knowledge of portion control, serving utensils and menu requirements a must.

• Displays food items to our customers in an attractive manner.

• Assists with dish room or pot sink after serving.

• Practices all safety techniques developed by the school district and The Nutrition Group.

• Treats all our customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Performs all other duties as directed by the Cook or Food Service Director.
