As part of our PBIS (positive behavior interventions and supports) initiative, students enjoyed our first "Atten-dance"!

Millersburg Families,
It is our understanding that many families may still be without power. Should the power outages prevent a student from attending school tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 14th, this will be an excused absence. Please stay warm and safe.

Happy snowy Tuesday! We understand that power outages are affecting internet service to some of our families. As a result, we will be modifying the expectations of our Flexible Instruction Day (FID). As planned, elementary teachers will provide asynchronous assignments for students to complete at home with guidance on how to submit/return. Middle and High School teachers will post assignments on their learning management system (Canvas or Google Classroom) and provide instructions on how students should submit/return their assignments. With that being said, please keep in mind that many of our teachers are also experiencing a power outage at their homes and may be unable to post assignments, send/receive email, etc. We greatly appreciate your patience and flexibility as we navigate this added level of disruption to our day.
Since some of our students and teachers may not be able to email for attendance, access Go Guardian, access assignments online we will modify expectations. Attendance will be taken through completion of the FID assignments. The due date for completion will be Wednesday, Feb. 14 at 3pm.
Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We hope you all stay safe and warm today.

Good evening. Due to the projected weather forecast for overnight into the early morning, the Millersburg Area School District will operate as a Flexible Instruction Day (FID) on Tuesday, February 13th. Please visit our website for a full outline of Severe Weather & Remote Instruction Protocols under 'News' . Thank you.

Good afternoon,
Today the PA State Police contacted Lenkerville Elementary School and told them to have students and staff stay inside the school.
The PA State Police stated that there is a police incident in the community. (not at the school) The Elementary Principal put the school in “Restricted Access” meaning that staff and student will need to stay inside, but classes will run as normal.
State Police are on site at Lenkerville School and will remain on site until the incident has ended. Students will be dismissed as normal, with the addition of State Police presence.
