CHAPTERS 3 and 4
    Do you have stress?? How do you handle that stress?? We will discuss techniques in class on how to manage your stress. You will learn how it affects your body and ways to reduce it. Our next topic deals with mental disorders/suicide. We all deal with set backs and we as a class will discuss ways to help ourselves and those around us. Find out places to get help and who to talk to about issues you may be dealing with.
